• Veterinarians can make a booking request by logging in to view the available times within their respective region. • Each appointment time is the start of a 2 hour arrival window. • After making your booking request, please fill out the patient's details by clicking NEXT. • If you have supplemental materials (ie. radiographs) that you wish to have submitted with the study, please email them to us directly. info@wavesultrasound.ca

• We will call with an ETA when on route. • Please ensure that the patient has been dropped off ahead of the scheduled time, is prepared for ultrasound and all case history & supplemental materials have been submitted. • The supervising veterinarian must be on site for the entire exam and is responsible for administering and monitoring any sedation given. • We require a member of your clinical team to hold the patient for the entire exam. • Full exams typically require 30 minutes, potentially longer depending on the degree of pathology present.

• Receive routine reports directly to the email(s) you provided within 24 hours of case submission. • A 2-4 hour STAT is available for an additional fee. • All studies are interpreted by board-certified veterinary radiologists, unlike some other providers.
